🚨 Customers often order the wrong model by mistake.

Our Phone cases are designed to fit your exact phone/AirPods model perfectly.  A case made for a different generation or model will not fit your device. To avoid the frustration of receiving a beautiful phone case that doesn't fit your phone, confirm your iPhone's model by going to Settings > General > About, and then viewing the 'Model Name'.

If you own a Samsung Galaxy or other Android device, you can normally find your phone's model by navigating to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > 'Model Name'.

Note that iPhone ‘Pro’, ‘Pro Max’ and 'Plus' are all different sizes. As are the Galaxy model designations Plus, and Ultra. 

Each generation (i.e iPhone 15, 16, 17 or Galaxy S24, S25, S26) is different. A case made for a 15 Pro will not fit a 16 or 17 Pro. A case made for a 17 Pro Max will not fit a 16 Pro Max. And so on. There is no margin for error; you need to get your exact phone model correct.  If you've ordered a new iPhone, please carefully check the order details from Apple or your iPhone seller, to ensure you are ordering the correct case for it 🙏

Our AirPods cases are also custom-designed for a perfect fit for each AirPods model and generation, so it's important that you carefully check you've selected the correct one. We don't want you to go through the frustration of receiving your beautiful new AirPods Case and discovering it doesn't fit! Please take a minute to confirm your AirPods model and avoid unnecessary returns.

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and connect to your Airpods.

Find your AirPods in the list (for example, "Maria's AirPods").

Tap the i (info) button next to your AirPods, and you'll see the model number, for example A3053 would mean you have AirPods (4th Generation)

Reference the list below to confirm which model and generation AirPods you have.

• AirPods (3rd Generation): A2565, A2564

We have fulfillment facilities in the USA, Australia, the UK, and Italy (serving Europe).  Your order will be fulfilled by the facility closest to you and delivered by your local postal service.

This design was hand-painted using high-grade oil paints, by our talented artisan in Rome. We use technology to reproduce every paint-stroke of the design onto this item.

Shopify limits the number of phone models that can be listed on this page to 99. Therefore we list the most popular Apple and Samsung Galaxy models in the phone selector drop-down above, but don't worry; we likely make cases for your phone model too!

If your phone model is not shown in the selector drop-down above, and is shown on the complete phone model list, simply select the last option on the selector drop-down [SPECIAL REQUEST MODEL] and add your phone model to the "notes" field when you place your order.

Cases for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 are MagSafe-equipped with in-built MagSafe magnet.

Cases for Samsung, Google and iPhones older than 13 series, are not MagSafe-equipped. No in-built magnet. 

When using a MagSafe-equipped case, your MagSafe equipped iPhone will be able to charge wirelessly through the case and it will adhere to all MagSafe accessories such as chargers and car-holders.

You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

If you wish to return an item, simply email hello@dolceitaliana.com, quoting your name and order number and we'll take care of everything.  

To speed up returns, please include a photo of the item - next to your phone if it's a phone case that you're returning - to help us understand any issue that may have occured. 

We do appreciate a mindful approach to returns as we are a small, family-run business and absorb all costs of shipping both ways, including packaging, handling and processing the order and return.
