We want you to be delighted with your goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Being a small family business, returns hurt us, as we still incur the cost of shipping both ways, in addition to the costs of packaging, handling and processing the order and the return.
To minimise the likelihood of unnecessary returns due to mistakenly ordering the wrong case/strap for your device model, we ask you to please please please check your order confirmation email (it may have been filtered to the Junk/Spam inbox) to ensure you have ordered the correct case to fit your iPhone/Watch/Airpods model. iPhones come in different sizes and variants. For example, the iPhone 13 comes in 4 different sizes (13 Pro Max, 13 Pro, 13, 13 mini). If you order the incorrect model, it will not fit your device. It's worth taking an extra few seconds to check that you have ordered the correct model. If you've ordered the incorrect model, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately to tell us, so that we can amend your order before it ships.
You can find your iPhone's model by navigating to Settings > General > About, and then look at "Model Name".
