You can easily avoid this by checking your phone/AirPods model before clicking "ADD TO CART".

DOLCE Phone Cases are designed to fit your exact phone model.  A case made for a different generation/model will not fit your device. To avoid the frustration of receiving a beautiful phone case that doesn't fit your phone

iPhone: navigate to Settings > General > About, and then view the 'Model Name'.

Samsung Galaxy / other Android - navigate to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > 'Model Name'.

Note that iPhone ‘Pro’, ‘Pro Max’ and 'Plus' are all different sizes. As are the Galaxy model designations Plus, and Ultra. 

Each generation (i.e iPhone 15, 16, 17 or Galaxy S24, S25, S26) is different. A case made for a 15 Pro will not fit a 16 or 17 Pro. A case made for a 17 Pro Max will not fit a 16 Pro Max. And so on. You need to get your phone model correct -and if you're buying for a gift, you need to know the receipient's phone model exactly. If you've ordered a new iPhone, please carefully check the order details from Apple or your iPhone seller, to ensure you are ordering the correct case for it 🙏

DOLCE AirPods cases are also custom-designed for a perfect fit for each AirPods model and generation, so it's important that you carefully check you've selected the correct one. We don't want you to go through the frustration of receiving your new AirPods Case and discovering it doesn't fit! Please take a minute to confirm your AirPods model and avoid unnecessary returns.

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and connect to your Airpods.

Find your AirPods in the list (for example, "Maria's AirPods").

Tap the i (info) button next to your AirPods, and you'll see the model number (for example A3053). Then reference the list below to confirm which model and generation AirPods you have.  For example if your model says A3053, it would mean you have AirPods (4th Generation)

• AirPods (2nd Generation): A2032, A2031
• AirPods (3rd Generation): A2565, A2564
• AirPods (4th Generation): A3053, A3050, A3054
• AirPods (4th Generation with ANC): A3056, A3055, A3057

We have fulfillment facilities in the USA, Australia, the UK, and Italy (serving Europe).  Your order will be fulfilled by the facility closest to you and delivered by your local postal service.

This design was hand-painted using high-grade oil paints, by our talented artisan in Rome. We use technology to reproduce every paint-stroke of the design onto this item.

Cases for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 are MagSafe-equipped with in-built MagSafe magnet.

Cases for Samsung, Google and iPhones older than 13 series, are not MagSafe-equipped. No in-built magnet. For these cases we include a FREE adhesive white MagSafe ring which can be optionally added to your phone case to allow compatibility with MagSafe accessories; pop sockets, car dashboard mounts etc. 

When using a MagSafe-equipped case (or the adhesive ring), your MagSafe equipped iPhone will be able to charge wirelessly through the case and it will adhere to all MagSafe accessories such as chargers and car-holders.

You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

If you wish to return an item, simply email hello@dolceitaliana.com, quoting your name and order number and we'll take care of everything.  

To speed up returns, please include a photo of the item - next to your phone if it's a phone case that you're returning - to help us understand any issue that may have occured. 

We do appreciate a mindful approach to returns as we are a small, family-run business and absorb all costs of shipping both ways, including packaging, handling and processing the order and return.
