DOLCE cases are custom-designed for a perfect fit for each phone model, so it's important that you carefully check you've selected the correct model - because a case made for a different generation or model will not fit your phone, even if it looks similar. The size, contours, button/speaker/mic/connector cut-outs vary slightly on every phone model.

Customers get this wrong all the time, so to avoid the frustration of receiving your beautiful phone case and discovering it doesn't fit, please confirm your iPhone's model by going to Settings > General > About, and then viewing the 'Model Name'.

If you own a Samsung Galaxy or other Android device, you can normally find your phone's model by navigating to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > 'Model Name'.

Please note that iPhone ‘Pro’, ‘Pro Max’ and 'Plus' are all different. And each generation (i.e 13,14,15) is different. A case made for a 13 Pro will not fit a 14 or 15 Pro. A case made for a 14 Pro Max will not fit a 15 Pro Max. And so on. There is no margin for error; you need to order the specific custom designed case for your phone generation and model. If you've just ordered a new iPhone, please carefully check the order details from Apple or your iPhone seller, to ensure you are ordering the correct case for it. 🙏

If your phone model is not shown in the selector drop-down, and is shown on the complete phone model list, simply select the last option on the selector drop-down [SPECIAL REQUEST MODEL] and add your phone model to the "notes" field when you place your order.

Made from thermoplastic urethane (TPU); a flexible, lightweight synthetic rubber compound that has high shock absorption properties and provides fantastic protection from bumps, drops and falls. This case has slightly raised bezels to protect your screen and camera lenses. It's also slim-line and has an anti-scratch coating to protect the design.

We use these cases to protect our own iPhones and they've saved them more times than we can count! 

This phone case is MagSafe compatible - your MagSafe-equipped iPhone will be able to charge wirelessly through the case. 

This phone case is not MagSafe equipped. No circular magnet is built in, however a FREE adhesive white MagSafe ring is included with the phone case to ensure a super strong magetic grip with all your favourite MagSafe accessories; pop sockets, car dashboard mounts etc.  

Use of this MagSafe ring is optional.

We have fulfillment facilities in the USA, Australia, the UK, and Italy (serving Europe).

Your order will be fulfilled by the facility closest to you and delivered by the local postal service or shipping partner in your country.

As we practice mindful consumption, all DOLCE items are produced as and when they are ordered only. With this policy, we reduce waste, minimise the carbon footprint of your order, and keep the price of our goods low. From the day you place your order, it normally takes 2-3 business days for your items to be produced, pass quality inspection and be dispatched. You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

We do appreciate a mindful approach to returns as we are a small, family-run business and absorb all costs of shipping both ways, including packaging, handling and processing the order and return.
