Are your designs hand-painted?
All DOLCE designs are hand-painted using high-grade oil paints, by our incredibly talented artisan in Rome. We use technology to reproduce the designs onto each item.
How long does shipping take?
Normally you'll receive your items within 5-7 business days. Often much quicker. Sometimes a bit slower. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Where's my order? How do I track it?
When you placed your order, our system sent you a confirmation email with a black rectangular box saying "View your order". Clicking this black box will take you to your order status page where you can track your order status and shipping progress.
Sometimes email providers such as Gmail or Hotmail divert the confirmation email to your spam/junk inbox. To ensure you receive notifications about your order , please be sure to do a search of your entire email account for "DOLCE", check the spam/junk inbox, and add us to your list of safe senders by marking our emails as "not junk".
Do your products come with a guarantee?
Yes. Every item comes with our La Dolce Vita Guarantee. We're sure you'll feel the magic of an Italy vacation with your beautiful goods in hand, but if you don't, our returns policy has you covered.
Can I return my order?
You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Here's our full Return Policy
How protective are your phone cases? Will they keep my phone safe?
Naturally. Our cases are made out of thermoplastic urethane (TPU); a flexible, lightweight synthetic rubber compound that has high shock absorption properties and provides fantastic protection from bumps, drops and falls. They have raised bezels to protect your screen and camera lenses, while retaining a sleek, slim-line profile. They also have an anti-scratch coating to protect the designs.
We use DOLCE cases to protect our own iPhones. From the curious hands of small children to 'happy' friends in bars, our DOLCE cases have saved the day on more occasions than we can count!
For which phone models do you make cases?
All Apple iPhones and most popular Android models (Samsung Galaxy, Google etc).
Here's the complete list of available phone models. If your phone model appears in this list, simply select the last option on the selector drop-down [SPECIAL REQUEST MODEL] and add a note to your order stating your exact phone model.
How do I double-check my phone model to ensure I get the correct case for my phone?
iPhone: You can find your iPhone's model by navigating to Settings > General > About, and then looking at "Model Name".
Samsung: You can find your Samsung phone's model by navigating to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > "Model Name"
Are your Phone Cases MagSafe compatible?
Our phone cases are MagSafe compatible - your MagSafe-equipped iPhone will be able to charge wirelessly through the case.
Our phone cases are not MagSafe equipped. No circular magnet is built in, however a FREE adhesive white MagSafe ring is included with every phone case to ensure a super strong magetic grip with all your favourite MagSafe accessories; pop sockets, car dashboard mounts etc.
Do you work with wedding planners and can you supply bridesmaids gifts?
Yes! We work with many Italy themed wedding planners and brides to offer cute personalised bridesmaid gifts. A popular choice is our famous 'Capri' Clutch, monogrammed with initials for each bridesmaid.

Do you have a physical store in Italy or another country?
We don't have any physical stores. To keep costs and prices low, we only sell online through this online boutique and we offer FREE SHIPPING via our global fulfilment program with shipping facilities in the US, AUSTRALIA, ITALY and the UK.
