✨Let's ensure you order the correct case for your phone model. People often get this part wrong. A case made for the wrong generation/model will not fit your device. 

Check your phone/AirPods model before you click "ADD TO CART".

iPhone: navigate to Settings > General > About, and then view the 'Model Name'.

Samsung Galaxy / other Android - navigate to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > 'Model Name'.

Note that iPhone ‘Pro’, ‘Pro Max’ and 'Plus' are all different sizes. As are the Galaxy model designations Plus, and Ultra. 

Each generation (i.e iPhone 16, 17, 18 or Galaxy S24, S25, S26) is different. A case made for a 17 Pro will not fit a 16 or 18 Pro. A case made for a 17 Pro Max will not fit an 18 Pro Max.  You need to get your phone model correct -and if you're buying for a gift, you need to know the receipient's phone model exactly. If you've ordered a new iPhone, please carefully check the order details from Apple or your phone retailer, to ensure you are ordering the correct case for it🙏

Help determine your exact Phone model

Our AirPods cases are custom-designed for each AirPods model and generation. Avoid the frustration of receiving an AirPods Case that doesn't fit. Take a moment to confirm your AirPods model.

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and connect to your Airpods.

Find your AirPods in the list (for example, "Maria's AirPods").

Tap the i (info) button next to your AirPods, and you'll see the model number (for example A3053). Then reference the list below to confirm which model and generation AirPods you have.  For example if your model says A3053, it would mean you have AirPods (4th Generation)

We have fulfillment facilities in the USA, Australia, the UK, and Italy (serving Europe).  Your order will be fulfilled by the facility closest to you and delivered by your local postal service.

This design was hand-painted using high-grade oil paints, by our talented artisan in Rome. We use technology to reproduce every paint-stroke of the design onto this item.

If you don't see you phone model in the selector drop-down, its possible we are still able to make a DOLCE phone case for you.

Cases for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 are MagSafe-equipped with in-built MagSafe magnet.

Cases for Samsung, Google and iPhones older than 13 series, are not MagSafe-equipped. No in-built magnet. For these cases we include a FREE adhesive white MagSafe ring which can be optionally added to your phone case to allow compatibility with MagSafe accessories; pop sockets, car dashboard mounts etc. 

When using a MagSafe-equipped case (or the adhesive ring), your MagSafe equipped iPhone will be able to charge wirelessly through the case and it will adhere to all MagSafe accessories such as chargers and car-holders.

You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

If you wish to return an item, simply email hello@dolceitaliana.com, quoting your name and order number and we'll take care of everything.  

To speed up returns, please include a photo of the item - next to your phone if it's a phone case that you're returning - to help us understand any issue that may have occured. 

We do appreciate a mindful approach to returns as we are a small, family-run business and absorb all costs of shipping both ways, including packaging, handling and processing the order and return.
