All DOLCE designs are hand-painted using high-grade oil paints, by our talented artisan in Rome. We use technology to reproduce every paint-stroke of the designs onto the items in our online boutique.

Normally you'll receive your items within 5-7 business days. Often much quicker. Sometimes a bit slower. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

When you placed your order, our system sent you a confirmation email with a black rectangular box saying "View your order". Clicking this black box will take you to your order status page where you can track your order status and shipping progress. 

Sometimes email providers such as Gmail or Hotmail divert the confirmation email to your spam/junk inbox. To ensure you receive notifications about your order , please be sure to do a search of your entire email account for "DOLCE", check the spam/junk inbox, and add us to your list of safe senders by marking our emails as "not junk".

Yes. Every item comes with our La Dolce Vita Guarantee. We're sure you'll feel the magic of an Italy vacation with your beautiful goods in hand, but if you don't, our returns policy has you covered.

Naturally. Our 'Ultima' phone cases have dual layer protection. A soft thermoplastic urethane (TPU) core and a hard, high gloss polycarbonate shell for ultimate protection. They incorporate raised TPU bezels to protect your screen and camera lenses, while retaining a sleek, slim-line profile. They also maintain an anti-scratch coating to protect the design.

We use DOLCE cases to protect our own iPhones. From the curious hands of small children to 'happy' friends in bars, our DOLCE cases have saved the day on more occasions than we can count!

If you don't see your phone model listed on the model selector drop-down for your Ultima Phone Case - and if your phone model appears in this list - simply select the last option on the selector drop-down [SPECIAL REQUEST MODEL] and add a note to your order stating your exact phone model.

iPhone: You can find your iPhone's model by navigating to Settings > General > About, and then looking at "Model Name".

Samsung:  You can find your Samsung phone's model by navigating to Settings > About Phone (or About Device) > "Model Name"

Cases for iPhone 17 16 15 14 13 are MagSafe-equipped with in-built MagSafe magnet.

Cases for Samsung, Google and iPhones older than 13 series, are not MagSafe-equipped. No in-built magnet. For these cases we include a FREE adhesive white MagSafe ring which can be optionally added to your phone case to allow compatibility with MagSafe accessories; pop sockets, car dashboard mounts etc. 

When using a MagSafe-equipped case (or the adhesive ring), your MagSafe equipped iPhone will be able to charge wirelessly through the case and it will adhere to all MagSafe accessories such as chargers and car-holders.
