We don't want you to go through the frustration of receiving your beautiful new AirPods Case and discovering it doesn't fit! Please take a minute to confirm your AirPods model and avoid unnecessary returns.

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and connect to your Airpods.

Find your AirPods in the list (for example, "Maria's AirPods").

Tap the i (info) button next to your AirPods, and you'll see the model number, for example A2031.

Reference the list below to confirm which model and generation AirPods you have.

Returns

You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

If you wish to return an item, simply email hello@dolceitaliana.com, quoting your name and order number and we'll take care of everything.

To speed up returns, please include a photo of the item - next to your phone if it's a phone case that you're returning - to help us understand any issue that may have occured.

We do appreciate a mindful approach to returns as we are a small, family-run business and absorb all costs of shipping both ways, including packaging, handling and processing the order and return.
