Adhesive MagSafe Ring

All DOLCE phone cases are MagSafe compatible - your MagSafe-equipped iPhone will be able to charge wirelessly through them. 

They are not MagSafe equipped. No circular magnet is built in, however this adhesive white MagSafe ring is included FREE with every DOLCE phone case purchased.

Use of this ring is optional.  

Note that the MagSafe ring is intended to be stuck to the outside of the phone case. Not the inside. It will not work on the inside.   

1. Clean phone case with a wet cloth to remove any dust

2. Dry with paper or cloth

3. Use a measuring tape or ruler to help position the circular ring in the center of the phone case, equi-distant from the top/bottom and left/right edges. 

4. Remove adhesive backing tape and press the ring into position. Hold with pressure for 10 seconds to ensure a strong adhesive bond. 

5. Optionally, add the small vertical 'tail' magnet which helps to align the case on some MagSafe accessories.

We have fulfillment facilities in the USA, Australia, the UK, and Italy (serving Europe).

Your order will be fulfilled by the facility closest to you and delivered by the local postal service or shipping partner in your country.

As we practice mindful consumption, all DOLCE items are produced as and when they are ordered only. With this policy, we reduce waste, minimise the carbon footprint of your order, and keep the price of our goods low. From the day you place your order, it normally takes 2-3 business days for your items to be produced, pass quality inspection and be dispatched. We (and Mother Nature) appreciate your patience and understanding.

We're sure you'll feel the magic of an Italy vacation with your beautiful goods in hand, but if you don't, our returns policy has you covered. 

You can return your items to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

If you wish to return an item, simply email hello@dolceitaliana.com, quoting your name and order number and we'll take care of everything.

We do appreciate a mindful approach to returns as we are a small, family-run business and absorb all costs of shipping both ways, including packaging, handling and processing the order and return.
