Beautiful & fantastic customer service!

The phone case is gorgeous! So pleased with it, such a beautiful design. Customer service is beyond words! My postman put my parcel in the dustbin which was then emptied whilst I was away on holiday (stupid I know!). After getting no help at all from Royal Mail, I contacted Dolce Italiana who were so kind and without hesitation, promptly posted out another phone case! I was VERY impressed!
