We do accept returns but as a small business they hurt us financially, so please take a minute to confirm your model and avoid unnecessary returns.

On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and connect to your Airpods.
Find your AirPods in the list (for example, "Maria's AirPods").
Tap the i (info) button next to your AirPods, and you'll see the model number, for example A2031.
Reference the list below to confirm which model and generation Airpods you have.

AirPods (1st generation): A1523, A1722.
AirPods (2nd generation): A2032, A2031.
AirPods (3rd generation): A2565, A2564.
AirPods Pro (1st generation): A2084, A2083.
AirPods Pro (2nd generation): A2931, A2699, A2698.

Returns

We're sure you will be delighted with your gorgeous goods, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

If you do wish to return an item, please request a return by emailing hello @dolceitaliana.com, quoting your name and order number. We do appreciate a mindful approach to returns as we are a small, family-run business and absorb all costs of shipping both ways, including packaging, handling and processing the order and return.
